Raymond J. Fry , President & Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board - Jay brings a wealth experience to identiMetrics, having served as an executive professional throughout his career. Jay was formerly the Principal and Senior Administrator for a large school in the Chicago area. He also served as that district's Technology Coordinator, playing a significant role in the development of educational and technology policies and procedures as well as fiscal management. Jay's career also includes positions as: Speaker and Clinician; Dean, Professor and Chief Academic Officer at Vandercook College. As a published author and an accomplished musician, Jay is also a two-time Fulbright Scholar – once in Belgium and then in Northern Ireland. He holds a list of professional and honorary accomplishments including: Belgian National Ministry Scholarship, Phi Delta Kappa (National Honorary in Education), Pi Kappa Lambda (National Honorary in Music) and as a Finalist in the First American Carillon Competition. Jay received his Doctorate in Administration/Education and Master of Science in Education from the University of Illinois. In addition, Jay holds an Einddiploma, “With Distinction” degree from the Koninklijke Beiaard School in Belgium. Recently, Jay was the winner of the 2005 “Pitch Olympics” sponsored by the Venture Association New Jersey (VANJ). He has made numerous presentations including the 2005 CardTech/SecureTech Annual Conference and Exhibition and serves on the International Biometric Industry Association’s (IBIA) International Markets and Liason Working Group.

Anne Marie Dunphy , Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer - Anne Marie brings a diverse background of professional expertise to identiMetrics, including Investment Banking and Technology Management. Anne Marie most recently served as the Senior Managing Partner and Director of Investment Banking at an international investment banking firm in New York. Anne Marie was responsible for the selection, structuring and execution of all client transactions. Anne Marie has also served in executive positions in several financial institutions. Her accomplishments include: establishing the New York operations of a London-based Investment Banking firm; Managing Director and turn-around Investment Banker for the New York office of a full-service Tel-Aviv based Investment Bank, and Director of Corporate Finance and lead Investment Banker in approximately 15 public offerings and numerous syndicate groups raising in excess of $100 million. In addition, Anne Marie was the President of IDC, Inc., a software technology Company which she successfully lead through expansion, equity fund raises and finally the sale of the Company to a publicly traded entity. Anne Marie owned and operated a successful chain of childcare centers in the Philadelphia area and started her career as a teacher. Anne Marie received her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Villanova University and her Bachelor of the Arts in Music and History from Arcadia University.

Thomas M. Dunphy , Vice President Business Development, Director - Tom is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Director for identiMetrics. He has successfully developed, managed and trained domestic and international sales channels in the security, computer software, data communications, telecommunications, and financial services markets with extensive experience in Europe and Asia. He has been responsible for identifying and implementing strategic business relationships within these same regions with an understanding of the importance of local language and support for the project. Prior to joining id entiMetrics, Tom's widespread experience includes bringing products from concept to completion for companies including Digilog, Nitech, CQR Technologies, Citadel Technologies and Managed Objects. In addition, he has managed technical departments and development efforts globally to ensure products meet the ultimate requirements of the customer. Tom has been a speaker at various industry events worldwide. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University.

William J. Bradley , Vice President Sales & Marketing, Director - Prior to joining id entiMetrics, Bill was Vice President, Special Projects at Managed Objects. He was also one of three founders of the company in 1997. As Vice President of Special Projects, he managed many of the company's strategic initiatives. This included managing specific strategic accounts, as well as expansion into new geographic markets. Bill is an experienced manager with a strong background in direct sales, telemarketing, distribution, purchasing and manufacturing. Prior to joining Managed Objects, Bill spent two years as the Regional Vice President of HCL James Martin Inc. Before that, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Digilog, a NumereX company. Bill previously spent six years as MAXM Systems Corporation's Vice President of Sales for the Eastern region and Canadian operations. From 1987 to 1989, Bill served as Vice President of Sales at Cooperative Networks, Inc. (CNI), which had merged with THB Associates, a company Bill founded in 1985. Prior to his position at CNI, Bill held progressive sales management positions at Exxon Office Systems Company and ITEK Business Products. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Temple University.

Douglas Miller , Vice President Engineering & Chief Architect - Doug is the Chief Architect for id entiMetrics and is responsible for creating and managing the current product line while planning, implementing and controlling future development. Doug has 23 years of experience in the IT industry and brings a diverse range of professional experience to id entiMetrics. He has extensive experience in software development, consulting, IT management, strategy, project management and team building, covering a wide variety of industries, platforms and languages. Prior to joining id entiMetrics, Doug's widespread development experience included bringing products from concept to completion for Unisys, Telan Data/Time, ICC, IDC, Fastech, First Consulting Group, SmithKline, and Lucent Technologies. In addition, he has managed departments and project teams in several settings emphasizing quality, timeliness and reliable process. He excels at the practical application of emerging technologies. Doug received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Rubi Finkelstein , Director – Rubi is an attorney with 18 years experience in the fields of securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and general corporate law. While she has a wide range of transactional and counseling knowledge, Rubi specializes in the representation of early and mid stage technology companies. Until June 2003, she was a partner at the international law firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, New York, New York, where she led the office's corporate department. Prior to that, she was a partner at the New York office of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Rubi is presently an independent strategic business consultant. Rubi holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Charles E. Platz , Director - Chuck's career includes experience in investment banking, research and consulting with top institutions on Wall Street and in Europe. Internationally, Chuck began his professional career at Midland Gestíon (part of the HSBC Group) in Madrid, where he worked directly with the bank President managing a proprietary trading portfolio. He also served as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. In the United States, Chuck has managed and supported multi-million dollar funding transactions as an investment banker for several boutique New York-based investment banking firms including Zurich Scudder Investments where he played a key role in managing over $1.5 billion of the firm's private and institutional assets. He is now a Managing Partner at Wildwood Capital LLC in New York. Chuck is NASD licensed and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business Finance from Quinnipiac University, and has studied at Syracuse University in Madrid.
