This partnership will allow Weidenhammer to market identiMetrics’ identiFi™, a biometric student security and identification product, to school districts. identiFi™ is used by schools to eliminate the need for swipe cards, PIN pads, and visual student identification. It integrates the student’s finger scan information with the school’s existing security, cafeteria, library, and nurse’s office software applications. However, the image of the actual fingerprint is not stored, therefore maintaining student privacy.
