MALVERN, PA--(BUSINESS WIRE)—August 18, 2003— identiMetrics, Inc. announced today that Rubi Finkelstein was recently elected as a non-executive Director by its Board of Directors. Rubi is an attorney with 18 years experience in the fields of securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and general corporate law.
Rubi has a wide range of transactional and counseling knowledge. She specializes in the representation of early and mid stage technology companies. Until June 2003, she was a partner at the international law firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, New York, New York, where she lead the office's corporate department. Prior to that, she was a partner at the New York office of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Rubi is presently an independent strategic business consultant. Rubi holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
